CLUB PICNIC

Instead of a club social on the evening of Tuesday, May 24, the club is planning a Club Picnic Social on Saturday, May 21, 2:00pm at Ian Deutch Memorial Park, 1600 E Honeysuckle Street, Pahrump 89048. The Rotary picnic was a success today. We had between 25, 30 Rotarians and family members present. Members played Cornhole, I beat Brian Kunzi in first contest. Members were ecstatic that I didn’t have but one task for them, that task was eat, fellowship, and have a good time. From what what members shared, I think I accomplished my task. The club provided the grilled chicken and hot dogs, members brought a pot luck side dish or dessert.
There were friendly games played plus relaxing time to visit. The entire family was welcomed, along with that friend that you’ve been wanting to introduce to Rotary.

Jan and Guy Piersall and Jeff Dye are chairing this club social, and they are asking for 4-5 volunteers to help set-up (at 1:00pm), grill and/or serve food, and teardown at the end.
