Privacy Policy

The short version

We are a volunteer service club. We collect only what you choose to send us through a form on this site, we use it to reply to you and keep club records, and we never sell it.

What we collect

When you submit our contact, membership, or RSVP forms we collect the name, email address, and optional phone number you enter, along with your message and, for RSVPs, the event and party size. We do not collect payment information on this website.

How we use it

• To answer your question or follow up on your interest in the club.
• To plan seating and materials for events you RSVP to.
• To keep an internal record of club correspondence.

We do not add you to a marketing list from a form submission. If we ever start a club newsletter, it will be opt-in only, every message will identify the club and include a working unsubscribe link, and we will honor unsubscribe requests promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels, which is why you do not see a cookie consent banner. Embedded content, such as the Google map on our contact page, is served by that provider and is subject to its own privacy practices.

Who can see your information

Form submissions are emailed to club leadership and stored in a private database that only club administrators can access. We share information outside the club only when required by law.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Use the contact form and tell us what you would like removed.
